By placing an order with CVforyourself, you, the Client agree to accept my terms and Conditions.
I reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice. It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions of Use regularly for changes.

If you do not agree with any change to the Terms & Conditions of Use, you must immediately stop using my service.

No contract exists until I accept your order. I may choose not to accept your order for any reason. I reserve the right to withdraw any service at any time.

All prices are subject to change at any time prior to a contract being entered into and are subject to change without notice.

I will not be liable to you or anyone else for refusing to accept your order, withdrawing any service or changing any prices.
​
I retain the right to revoke your right to continued use of my service at my discretion.
​
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of my terms, conditions or policies.

Order Process
​
You will have the option to email me your existing CV and any other relevant documents. This includes current cover letters which may require updating.
​
After I receive the supporting documents and payment I will begin to work. The turnaround time for the first drafted CV (and cover letter if required) really depends on how busy I am; however, I do guarantee it will be no later than 3 days.
​
Failure by me to meet the timescale of my service will entitle you to a full refund of any money already paid. I cannot be held liable for any further losses incurred as a result of failure to meet these timescales.

Once a final draft has been supplied an order will be automatically closed. If after one week I have not heard from you, I will consider my work to be satisfactory.
On completion of an order, clients can pay through PayPal or bank transfer.
Prices will be calculated according to the service required and years of work experience.

Complaints
​
I'll try and respond to all correspondence, including complaints, within 24 hours. All complaints must be made by emailing johnduncansoncvservice@gmail.com.
